A great way to unwind after a full working week..
Tantric dancing is free dancing and free expression to relaxing, rhythmic music; dancing to several emotive and moody tracks building to intimate dance.
Tantric Dancing explores the power of touch and sensation. It is "dionysian" and uninhibited and can be as wild or mild as you want.
The second half of the evening is all about massage. People split into small groups
Massage with the 4 elements -
Earth: firm kneading touch
Water: long stroking touch
Fire: rhythmic touch
Air: gentle strokes and passes
The venue location is within view as soon as you exit Archeway tube. Look left as you exit the tube and you will see a red and white illuminated sign for the Methodist Centre, just across the road. Cross the road to the centre. We are on the first floor and have exclusive access to a large, spacious hall with wooden slat floor for dancing. It is a private and safe location. The lighting is subtle - illuminated with gentle candle light and incense.
The sessions are guided by Catrin, a tall Estonian blonde, who is qualified in yoga, massage and dance.
After the sessions people are invited to chill in a local club, bar or cafe.

Tantric Dancing
Archeway Hall, Archeway Close, N193TD - £12 per person, age range 25-40. Tantric dancing is a meditative practice also know as trance dance. It involves dynamic and guided meditation.
